Our client is a leading Specialty Tire producer. They have been supplying tires to more than 50 countries worldwide since 2002 with sales offices in the United States, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain and Australia. They produce high-performance tires for Agriculture, Material Handling and Construction vehicles. Our client has built its latest Advanced Specialty Tire factory in 2018.
o Lead the Sales and Marketing functions of the Agriculture and Construction tires
o Establish distributors for the Agriculture and Construction tires business.
o Strategic vision to lead the next phase of business growth.
o Ensure strategic plans and business plans are implemented effectively to achieve
o Achieve sales, marketing, financial and operational objectives.
o Monitor and report results to the Management in Europe.
o Acquisition of new clients.
o 10 years of experience in sales of Agriculture and/or Construction tires in Germany.
o Extensive knowledge of Specialty Tires, distributor business understanding and OEM
o Commitment to generate new sales and achieve outstanding business results.
o Proven people leadership skills, team orientation and managerial experience.
o Dynamic and accomplished professional who inspires confidence and leads by
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Fluent in German and English language.
o Hands-on mentality, goal oriented and needs to be a doer.
o Clearly structured and convincing manner.
